I am a 17 year old female, 5'7" and 136 pounds. Last year, I tried exercising more and eating healthier but I only went down a few pounds and my weight stayed constant no matter what I did. That's why I starved myself. For a week, all I ate was an apple each day and drank water. I was so happy because I lost 10 pounds and I never gained it back even though I went back to my old eating habits. I wanted to lose more weight so I tried changing my diet again. I ate 3 meals a day like usual but I cut out all processed foods and snacks(basically I only ate homemade food). I thought this would work but it didn't. Now, my weight keeps fluctuating between 136 and 139 pounds and it won't go down. I really don't want to starve myself again but I don't know what else to do. Can someone please give me some advice?
