I retired a t-shirt today (NSV)!

So yeah, this is a complete non-scale victory, despite losing 2.5lbs this week.

I've been doing Slimming World, a UK based diet plan, since September and have successfully lost 16lbs. It's not a grand loss but it's maintainable, considering I'm on also on a truck-load of medication for Bipolar Disorder I think I've done quite well.

I had to go through my wardrobe today because a) I've bought a few medium size t-shirts this week (I used to be XL) and b) I've started fitting into old clothing again, so my style has changed somewhat. I came across my favourite t-shirt that I used to wear religiously two months ago. XL again from SuperDry. I tried it on and man, it was like wearing a tent. So it's been retired to the top shelf, folded up nicely in case something happens and I gain the weight again. Moved on to another, again XL from SuperDry. Again, like wearing a tent. So that one was retired as well.

I wanted to share this with you all, I hope thats okay. That was my NSV for the day! Anyone else like retiring old clothes from their wardrobes?!
