Hey Reddit! Recently made an account so I can hopefully find help and get some advice from people wiser than me!
I am a male,14 years old, and around 5'6 in height
I am around 187 pounds, (Yah, I know that's a lot for my age...)
I usually go to the Gym every day and lose around 300 calories and spend 30 minutes on weights
I used to not care about my weight but it really sucks when I walk into a store with my friends and I can't buy the stuff that I would love to have :(
That was a real factor on why I would love to lose weight! Not because of other people that are pressuring me but rather for myself so I can be more confident
I have lessened my screen time by a lot and try to be more active but I need advice on a diet
I would love for someone to give me some tips and what to eat and what to stay away from
