30 Day Accountability Challenge- Day 17

Yay Saturday! Some relatives of my MIL are in town visiting so we spent a good portion of the day visiting with them. We went to watch my FIL compete in a cyclocross race, which was fun and really intense, even more so than usual given the conditions today. A light drizzle of freezing rain/sleet/snow made the grassy parts of the course very slippery. The combination of cold, windy, and wet also meant that all of us were really freaking cold by the end of the 45 minute race. Then they decided they wanted to get lunch at a brewery right by our house. I had a plan all worked out for today. It involved a very low calorie breakfast and lunch and then enjoying myself moderately at dinner (husband and I are going to a Brazilian steakhouse to celebrate his birthday which just passed) At the brewery, though, for the first time since I started tackling my excess weight in August I finally gave in and decided that I would just order whatever looked good on the menu as long as I get right back to my deficit tomorrow. So I did order a fried chicken sandwich with fries and I did partake of the pretzels that were present as an appetizer. At worst I'll spend the next 4 days until Thanksgiving making up for it, I figure. I'm saying this here so I can be accountable to y'all: Tomorrow I am getting right back on the wagon. Thanksgiving is one day. This birthday/out of town family visit thing is one day. I am not going to use them as an excuse to eat like shit the rest of the week.

Weight: 133.1 this morning but I know it's going to go up tomorrow. No getting around that at this point, just got to work it back off.

Calories: Ended yesterday at 1853. Two words to blame for that: Mexican casserole. But there's only one serving of it left now and that one can be all husband's :D

Steps: Finished yesterday at 15143

Gratitude: I kind of have other things I need to do right now so I will get back to this later :)

Hope you all are warmer and doing better with your goals today than I am!
