Healthy eating recipe and snack ideas?

I’m going to be honest, I’ve just learned how to cook more than frozen fish filets and bagged salad in the last 5 months, and I finally have a nice grocery budget to work with. I had my first baby 8 months ago and have been trying very hard to reform my dietary habits for the sake of my daughter. I’ve struggled with weight and diet my whole life. I have no idea how to eat well, and I generally cave and just eat whatever’s easiest. Usually absolute junk. I do eat a fairly broad variety of vegetables and fruits and I don’t have aversions to “good” food. I’m just lazy and been broke, so cheap and convenient has always just been junk for me. I’m going grocery shopping for the week tomorrow and I’m looking to meal plan. What are your guys favorite go to healthy meals and snacks? Any ideas and suggestions are appreciated!
