Haven't had an appetite since "break" with girlfriend

Hi guys, so ever since my girlfriend decided that she needed a break from our one-year relationship it's been really tough. This happened on Saturday and it's now Friday (almost a week later). I have had no desire to eat food among a bunch of other things and I know this happens for some people. But I've lost maybe 5 pounds and I was already underweight... literally trying to force myself to eat right now and it's just so disgusting. The details of this "pause" in our relationship are quite specific so I won't get into them, but I'm really just looking for advice/guidance regarding how to enjoy eating food again. Taking it one step at a time, trying to tackle small problems. Appreciate any help!
