Stats: Female, 5'1", 182 lbs
About two months ago, I started consistently doing CICO and 30 minutes of exercise on a daily basis. Sometimes walking, sometimes tabata, sometimes cycling. My calorie intake is 1200 calories or less a day, currently, and I've been tracking everything I eat and drink, as well as the exercise I do. And at first, it was going really well, I lost eight pounds! Although, as of recently, I've just been gaining weight. Admittedly, over the past two weeks, I haven't been doing as much exercise as I should've been (it's kind of been here and there, as opposed to daily) but regardless, I'm still consuming less than 1200 calories a day, and my weight has increased over the past week by two pounds.
Am I doing something wrong? It's so disheartening because I'm legitimately putting in my all here- cooking my own food, measuring food, counting calories, trying to fit in exercise, drinking more water- and I just seriously want to lose the weight. Any advice or tips would also be greatly appreciated!
