Changes in appetite

Last night we went out to dinner at a Yum Cha restaurant with a friend. Due to pressure from the servers and pressure from the friend (who is over 70 and quite slight), both my partner and I ate way too much. The thing is, normally, I wouldn't have felt full. Previously I wasn't ever really hungry or ever really full. Last night I felt VERY full. I think 6 months of conscious thought about every bite I eat means that I'm now much more sensitive to my body's cues. So for the kids of future, not losing that sensitivity is probably key. And for me, once I reach GW and have done at least 2 yrs of lologging at maintenance, maybe that sensation can help guide me.
