Hey everyone... I'm looking for tips on how to maintain consistent levels of energy to stay motivated and productive throughout the winter.
I tend to fall into a seasonal depression that zaps me of My energy in the winter months... it starts with too much laying around, which then leads to poor nutritional intake, which then creates lower levels of energy, which then leads into more laying around and lethargy. I wanna try to buck that trend this winter and want to create a “energy optimized” regimen and really challenge myself because I found myself laying in bed all of yesterday which led to me not drinking any water and eating one bowl of tortilenni, and now I woke up today and feel weak and energy is all zapped which has the potential to compound into further legartgy
