Not seeing changes in my appearance

My starting (and highest) weight was 190 pounds. I’m only 5’3 and never thought my weight would get as high as it did. However I stayed at a steady 180 pounds for many years. My sedentary lifestyle and poor nutrition kept me stagnant at that weight. However over the course of about 5 months I’ve lost a total of 30 pounds, I now weigh around 160

While I’m happy my health has improved, when I look in the mirror I still see someone who is 190 pounds. Losing 30 pounds seems like it should have a noticeable effect in terms of what you look like but I honestly don’t see much change. Thing is, multiple people have told me they see a difference in my size (in face, overall body, etc) Not sure if they are just saying this to make me feel good because I’m on this journey or what. But am I crazy for not noticing change? I wish I could see what other people claim to see but unfortunately that’s not the case for me. When will I be able to see a difference? I feel like seeing that change in appearance would be more of a motivator for me
