Need advice on being okay with not feeling full all the time

Personal stats: 22 F, 5'7, ~180 lbs

First of all, I just want to say that this sub is amazing and has helped me become healthier in more ways than one. At my heaviest I weighed about 230 lbs (depression in high school) and even though I've lost some weight in college I didn't go down from 212 to my current weight until discovering this sub last year.

My ultimate goal weight is about 150 lbs and I'm having trouble with the daily grind of it now. Ever since I hit my first goal weight of 180 I've kind of just hung around here, going as low as 172 but not hitting the 160s. My thing is that at my heaviest I really enjoyed the feeling of being full/bloated and I'm still struggling adjusting to just eating enough to feel satisfied instead of full.

I know I can eat way more vegetables and drink way more water (which I already do) but the satisfaction from that is so different from eating too much candy or bread. I don't know if I'll be able to reach my weight goals if I'm always craving the feeling of being full. When I'm not super strict about logging my meals I struggle with portion sizes.

Any tips? Suggestions? Anything besides "this is your life now" or "yeah it sucks" is much appreciated.
