Unexpected NSV...

Hey guys,

I've been lurking in this sub for like 3 months now and I just wanted to say its been so inspiring! If I ever feel like I'm losing focus then I come here. It's extra motivation for me! Anyway...

Long story short I started being healthier in January this year. I weighed 450+ lbs (I don't know my actual starting weight) I started accidentally though, I ended up going veggie which hugely helped me! And I lost weight without even stepping foot in a gym. About 4 months ago I got my gym membership! I had never gone to a gym in my life and was terrified. It was actually one if the best things I've ever done, I go about 4-5 times a week now (it really helped, I'm now 330lbs). Anyway, when I started I started to use the elliptical but could only do it for 20 minutes at a time, so I stopped using it and started biking instead which was easier for me. Cut to last night, I managed 60 minutes on the elliptical and smashed out 10k!!! I was stunned!

It didn't feel like I was making any progress at the gym and I was a little disheartened, but now my motivation is back! It goes to show if you stick with it then you we will crush this weight loss. It doesn't have to be exercise, just little things and build yourself a little routine that you are comfortable with. I have a long way to go but we can do this together!

Also I'm in a phone so I don't have flair but...
