Stuck at losing it for some time. Looking for some help :) [Daily Q&A]

*So some data first maybe. *

I’m a 30 year old male. 1,74m height (5ft 8.5in) 89KG weight (198 lbs)

Scale also says, not sure to trust but anyways: 22,3% fat 57,2% water 40,7% muscles

Hey everybody. I am seeking out for some advice. I already lost 36KG (80lbs) over a longer time. Nice and slow. I managed to lose arround 1KG per week. Got to say I’m proud af. But now I’m stuck at 90KG for almost two years. I’m fine with that but I want to loose some more. Reason is I would like to get more in shape. Everything from feet to hip is fine. But then. Wild belly appears. :/ I love cycling and I cycle arround 100km per week to work and back. Also started swimming once or twice a week, since it felt good for my back.

I find it hard to eat the right amount of food in the evening. Also junk food is sometimes an issue. I think I find it hard to control myself when I come home from work cycling not to eat to much. I also lost track of what I was eating all day. So my first step continuing is to start tracking again. Besides do you awesome guys have any advice? What apps do you love? Do you think I should eat more the days I take my bycicle to get to work?
