37F 5’8” SW240 CW209 GW170 I was 3.2 lbs from onederland 2 weeks ago, and just started SL 5x5 at the gym (I had 4 personal training sessions to go over the exercises and form, first “real” workout yesterday). The scale has wiggled up SEVEN lbs in just over a week waaaaaah I know I’m in a good position to do some recomp, and I know most of this is water in my sore muscles, and I know that if I just trust the process and hang in there i will see results... but I have this urge to go back to cardio only and increase my deficit. (The reason I’m lifting is I’m flabby and need to fill out some loose skin as I go and also I’m soooo weak, i feel like I’ve lost a lot of muscle in the process)
Mainly I’m just looking for some encouragement. That 199 on the scale was going to be a really big deal and moving the wrong way is really getting me down.
