Noting some plateau causes

Has anyone else noticed patterns of things that cause plateaus? I’m suddenly down almost 3 pounds in 2 days after riding out a plateau for a couple of weeks.

Some patterns I’ve found:

Donating blood will cause a plateau for me. It averages out after about 10 days, but in the immediate period, my body is clearly having some sort of “WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!” moment. Worth it.

Two weeks ago I got a flu shot and a pneumonia shot...and boom, gained 3 pounds overnight. Clearly there was some temporary inflammation that happened and took about 10 days to fade and then average out. Worth it.

Although I’ve had a hysterectomy, I kept my ovaries. Given that I had a crazy irregular cycle, it’s not terribly trackable, but there is a definite hormone rollercoaster still happening, and it’s good for 2-3 pounds of fluctuation.

Knowing that these triggers exist helps keep me motivated when I’m not seeing the numbers move. I know that a whoosh will be coming once things settle down, and that I just need to keep trusting the deficit and plugging away.

Anyone else spotted some of their own?
