I did it.. I f**king did it.
in 2015/16, I was at 220kg (and more). and I said to myself, let's do it, you can do it. and with the help of some (to me) very special people, I started my journey. and it worked out great. my, simple but powerful, motto: watch what you eat and exercise. but don't torment yourself.
I had one goal for the end ef the year 2018: to reach 150kg. and I did it... In early september. Im soo proud. I want to tell everybody. the whole world.
okay 150kg is still a lot... and my journey is far from over, but now is the time. now or never. I'm on it. 💪
thanks to this sub, for all the motivation I could get from here. thanks.
