Lost It Twice, 3rd is Taking Longer

I've gained 25 Kgs in a matter of 2-3 months twice in my life so far each time touching 99Kg. I never got words of encouragement, instead I always were ridiculed. And each of these times I gained the weight because I led a stressful work life (worked in construction in a tough environment). And each time I managed to drop the weight back within 6-8 months to 80 kg. How did it happen 3 times? I move a lot on my job so it's tough to keep track of everything, so sometimes I'm positioned away from any means of comfort like gym or healthy eateries, I've also suffered from anxiety and depression throughout my life so far, so they've been definitely a major contributor to my obesity.

Now I've been trying to go down again for the 3rd time. It has been a year already but I'm still only half away through my loss. It has taking me so much longer this time and I know why. I've had the toughest years of my life: I moved to a country that I don't speak its language trying to make a life for myself, so I've enrolled at uni, learning the language and working up to 3 jobs to make ends meet. I've also turned 30, which made me feel awful because I had always wanted to turn 30 having reached my health goals, as well as my financial and stability goals. That said, I'm at 90 now, managed to get my life back on track lately and i'm half way through an advanced engineering degree in Europe, so I'm getting there!

Came across this group a few days ago. I'm having a stressful week and I've been demotivated from the gym for the past 1.5 months. Looking shamelessly for some push :) Thanks in advance.
