Hi, I'm 17-year-old girl. I do not like my body at all, and I really want to lose weight and have nice butt and nice looks. Problem is, I don't know where to start. I go to the gym once or twice in a week, but I think my problem is my eating habits. I eat normal food at home what my mom makes, but I have no idea if I eat it too much or something. I have IBS which is why I can't eat white bread for example. My normal day by eating is something like this: Breakfast at 8.15am: rye bread (two), butter, cheese and cucumber Lunch at 12.00pm: whatever we have in school, for example fish soup Snack somewhere between 2.30-4.30pm: again rye bread, butter, cheese and cucumber Dinner at 6.00-8.00pm: whatever my mom makes, for example chicken and rice Snack at 10pm: yoghurt Also I drink water 1-2l every day.
