I have fallen off the wagon. It sucks but I think I'm ready to get back on track again.

I started losing weight in February. I went from 72 kg to 60.5 kg in July. I went through a major illness in July. Afterwards I was eating lots of fruits as per my doctor's orders. But I fell off the wagon. One minute I was eating fruits. 2 weeks later, I was binge eating all the junk I could get my hands on. I binged for a full month. I have last weighed myself 2 weeks (ish) ago and I was 63 kg. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning but I am sure I'm about 65-66 kg now.

I should also mention that this is my second time losing, first time being in 2014.

I am trying not to let the fact that I keep falling off the wagon get to me. It's hard. But I did it before. And I can do it again.

Thanks for reading.

Note: Sometimes people tell me 60 kg is too low for my height. It is a number recommended to me by a doctor.
