I hate the up-down look.

So I’ve lost a lot of weight within the past year on CICO, IF and working out. When I first weighed in back in January when I got serious about it I was at 243 (I was 255 at my heaviest back in high school... I was severely depressed and had bad anxiety and turned to food for comfort) and now I just got to under 200 (199.2 as of today... woohoo!). The one thing that bothers me though about losing so much weight is when people you haven’t seen in awhile give you the “up-down” look and don’t say anything. I get this a lot at work when people I haven’t seen in awhile come in. I find it really awkward and then they just continue on conversation like normal, haha. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
