My friend is overweight, he's on the football team , so he's pretty active he's by no means out of shape in terms of physical ability. He's about 235 at 6 foot , and today we were talking about lifting, and he asked me how I lost weight he said he wants to lose 50 pounds, and he seemed to be really serious about it, so I told him about cico, and explained to him that's really all there is to it. I also told him he shouldn't eat at more than an 800 calorie deficit so he wouldn't lose as much muscle mass. I found this really cool, because I never thought someone would ask me how to lose weight. It made me really happy that he's trying to be healthier ( Been lifting for 3 Years without a diet to follow ). Has anyone else ever been asked how to lose weight after they lost a significant amount of weight? I hope he sticks to it also , because we made a deal that while he loses weight I will gain weight ( muscle ) , and we should both hit out goals around the same time if we stick to it, and I feel like it makes it easier if you have someone else doing something to better there self with you even if it's kind of the complete opposite process in terms of food.
