Finally breaking the "I've messed up now so I may as well binge" mentality

After hitting the 6 month mark in my weight loss journey I've finally overcome my problem of binging when i've had a little slip up, I think for me regardless of the weight I've lost up until this point this could prove to be one of if not the most pivotal thing as it allows me to be a bit more resilient in terms of carrying on with my weight loss journey. Although admittedly I do always still regret the previous binges and think to myself where would I be without those binges but I should probably move on from the past.

*ALSO*

If anyone is still reading and is able to help or has experienced this, could you please maybe send me a message about overcoming the issue of seeing no visible results yourself and feeling worse than when you actually started your journey in terms of the way you view your aesthetics regardless of what other people say or the way clothes fit, I would be extremely grateful, thanks, have a lovely day and keep up the good work on your weight loss journey!! :)
