Lord I hope this isn’t offensive, but I (30F) have been struggling with hunger a lot (5’2”, CW 142 GW 115), and I’m always trying to make myself feel better about it. Like when I’m super hungry but I have a few more hours until I can eat, I think about the poor kids in third world countries that truly know what it means to be hungry, and it makes me feel like what I’m going through isn’t that bad.
Does anyone else do this? Or how do you make yourself be ok with being hungry? I know some people are able to play with their macros and mostly avoid hunger, but in my experience I’ve always had some level of hunger when I’m losing.
