C-section mum 'pouch' - I wanna hear your success stories

So, I'm 28, 156lb. I've lost 56lbs over the last year, but my c-section overhang looks worse than ever. I had an emergency csection 7yrs ago. I'm looking for women who have successfully managed to 'get rid' of their csection pouches (tummy fat that hangs over the incision scar) and info on how they managed it. I feel like I'm uglier than ever right now and it's really starting to get me down. Before and after pics would be greatly appreciated, even if it's through PM. I just need to know that it is possible to get rid of this lump of fat without having to go down the surgery route. Please help me 😩
