Hello party people,
September 3rd, dang I'm not even used to it being September yet. Labor Day for us folks in the US so some of us are enjoying a long weekend. I'm posting early today to go do outdoorsy no internet stuff. I don't know exactly what yet but huzzah to no work!
Weight by end of the month 306 – 308: 314.4 this morning. Trend weight 316.4.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700ish: I've had coffee so far today, I'm saving up calories for either two bigs meals or one big meal & dessert.
Exercise 5 days a week: I should be breaking in that tbar today, I have someone coming over to help make sure my form is good so I don't hurt myself. I am what you call kinesthetically dumb so I need the help. 3/3 for the month.
Improve my relationship with food & my body: Not much to say here today. It's early & I haven't done anything terrible to my body hah. Gold star me.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: Saturday night I got it done. 1/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: I used a matcha face mask last night after a vigorous day of cleaning. I may have enjoyed cleaning more but it's still a win :P 1/4 weeks.
Seriously, everyone enjoy the day today! I hope for those of you working that it is an easy Monday.
