30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 26

Hello wonderful losers!

Y'all okay if I host again for October? If anyone is on fire to host, DM me. I dig chatting with you guys & it does really keep me motivated. I will pass the torch for November though because it's the first year in two I'll be able to participate in Nanowrimo because I'm all done with school! Can you tell I'm excited & already jonsing to start haha?

Weight by end of the month 306 – 308: 310.2 this morning, trend weight 312.8. New flair! Still a little bit to go before month end goal weight.

Stay within calorie goal of 1700ish: If I've guestimated the calories in the Chinese food I'm going to have for dinner right, I should be mid 1750s. If anything I hope I've over estimated them. Does a serving of sauceless, no rice sweet & sour shrimp sound like 700 calories to you guys?

Exercise 5 days a week: I'm going out to dinner with a friend so it's a rest day. 19/26 for the month.

Improve my relationship with food & my body: Practicing punching, kicking & self defense stuff with my SO last night was challenging but so enjoyable. I like exercise that feels empowering. I want to be strong & semi lethal by the time I hit goal weight!

Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: I will try to make time for this one night this week. Probably won't be tonight... 3/4 weeks.

Self-care treat once a week: I'm booking time with friends to make sure I don't get too isolated & grumpy, tis the season after all. 4/4 weeks.
