It literally looks like a I gave birth (to more than one baby) But I didn't! Just lost some fat. I'm about halfway where I wanted to be but I thought I would post because I'm working so hard. I lost about 60 pounds on Weight Watchers, then I plateaued and gained back 10 (so 50 lost) then I started eating badly and hiding it (binging) and then I got serious. I started a second diet, Optifast the medical diet and I've been doing that for a little over 2 months now, and I've lost about 20 pounds with that. Yesterday morning I weighed 209 pounds, and I feel like I'm sooo close to getting under 200 pounds.
For people who are where I was (close to 300) or higher, and hoping to lose, my advice would be find a class or a program to get support. I wouldn't have been able to do it at first without weight watchers. and if that program stops working for you? Don't be afraid to try a new program. Also, start TODAY. I started in September of 2016, and I was really grateful for the extra couple of months before January that I had to diet.
