Your body IS changing- you just can't see it yet.

I'm talking to any of you that are frustrated that what you've been doing hasn't bore any fruit yet. The thing about that is, it already has, and you just can't tell. Humans are incredibly bad at detecting small changes, it takes a significant change in something for us to perceive it at all. The only way you're going to be able to get to the point of noticing some significant change in your body is to keep doing what you're doing.

It is critical to not give up because it feels like what you're doing isn't working, it is, you just need to keep going. Keep pushing forward, even if you make a mistake and gain some weight, that doesn't mean you can't lose it again. Even if it's only half a pound a week, guess what; if you lose half a pound a week for long enough your body will be the weight you want it to be.
