I've recently regained the weight I had lost and now weigh pretty much the same as I had at the start. Initially, this made me feel like such a failure and like I'd let myself down again. But this morning I was curious so I took a picture of myself to compare to my before pics. Turns out although I weigh the same my body composition appears to have changed! It's not a massive difference by any means but I'm happy my efforts weren't all for nothing. It just goes to show the number on the scale isn't everything and keeping progress pictures is so important!
