What was your breaking point?

What was the moment that you knew you had to make a change NOW? Not tomorrow but right that day!!

I think we all have had that moment. Be it health reasons, poor stamina, physical appearance etc etc.

For me it was a combination of a lot of things. I was at my heaviest ever 336 (previous highest in the past was 315. I knew if I did not get it under control it could be the end of me. I honestly was thinking I was closer to 400 because I just felt so bad with all the weight I was carrying around. Got on the scale back in April and was happy I was at 336 but pissed at the same time I had let my weight go up like this.

I had lost a lot of weight back in 2010 got down to 235 range and felt great. Was lifting weights and eating better. Was not counting calories. I had no plan to get to a GW. I had no plan to maintain. So guess what....eventually I started falling back into old habits and by 2014 I started to gain weight and by 2018 the weight was back with some more added for good measure.

I am at almost under 300 and I plan to reach my GW and maintain it for life. No more slipping back into old habits.
