I've seen many articles and videos on sugar, and that you should have absolutely no sugar whatsoever in your diet if you want to lose weight. The thing that confuses me though, is that with certain things like meats, some vegetables etc, there are sugar inside of them, so do you think that saying absolutely 0 sugar is a bit too crazy, and a few grams a day from certain foods is okay or not? Right now I am around 200 pounds and need to get to around 135 pounds to be at my optimal weight, and this whole sugar thing really concerns me as there is food that I eat that I know is good for you but still has a little bit of sugar inside. What do you think? (I do Keto and IF if you were wondering).
