Under 160lb for the first time in a year

Weighed myself today, made it to 159.8lb! Only just under 160 by 0.2 but I'll take it!

I've been rollerskating and recently went vegetarian so I can't eat most junk food or sweats because they have meat or gelatine in them, and I don't binge on chocolate, it was always savory, meaty/carby things. My weight is only dropping by 0.5lb a week but that's still a big improvement on the last two years where I've stayed exactly the same weight more or less.

For some back story, I used to weight 130/140 and was well within my healthy weight range, could fit into size 8/10 uk clothing no issue.

In 2015/16 I went onto antidepressants and put on 20lb in two months, the doctors tried to pretend it wasn't related but I knew it was because I was starving all the time and never felt full. I even stopped eating all but one meal a day at one point just to try to stop gaining weight. I was eating less than 1000 calories a day and I was so hungry but still put on weight when I was going to the gym 3 times a week and hardly eating (I allowed myself more when I exercised, but still made sure to exercise enough to still create a deficit of at least 1000 calories per day).

Eventually I tapered off the medication and have been free from it for almost a year and a half now. It's only since I went vegetarian, starting quad roller skating twice a week and started trying to only drink water and teas in the day at work instead of fizzy drinks that I've noticed that I'm gradually losing weight.

Throughout my entire time trying to lose weight and having various methods struggle or fail to help, I've had three weight milestones I've struggled with, as I put the weight on I found I was unable to get under specifically 157.3, and then 160, and then I got stuck at 165.

I made it down past 165 a while back and have maintained between 161 and 163 for the last few months, but going vegetarian and skating at the same time seems to have kick started me, I'm now down to 159.8 and I feel like if I can get under 157 and keep going then I'll actually know I can keep losing and keep it off and get back to my old normal weight of between 130-145 and fit back into my old clothes again. Though with the muscle I'm getting from skating, my old skinny jeans could be a bit of a push aha.
