I just happened to come across this guys photo in another post and it really goes to show just how different people can look at the same weight.
Guy on the left is 178cm / 81kg. The right is me, I am 182cm and actually lighter at 76kg. Its really hard to believe that I know. And to add another mind fcuk which one has 2+ years of weightlifting experience? Yep me.
I suppose I am a prime example of what happens when you diet to extremely and don't really have a clue what you are doing. All I cared about was a number on the scale, didn't care about composition, and what happens is you go from being a large potato to being a smaller potato. I've spent the past 2 years trying to sort my composition out again but its damn hard to fix once you've ended up in skinny fat.
