I've had phenomenal success using CICO and I just had my first quite severe relapse on binging for 3 days in a row. I went in hard on junk food, kebabs, Ben and Jerry's, ate two bags of chips with dip in one sitting, and the craziest thing to me is even at the tail end of such a purely hedonistic self indulgence I can't even see the difference on my body... It used to be that if I felt like I slipped up a bit I would realize I've been off the rails for weeks or months and when I'd finally have that honest look in the mirror I would hate what was staring back at me.
I literally am still close to a sick pack fucking Christ that's motivating back on the eggs bitch here we fucking go son.
