In the past 22 days I did what I thought was impossible. I finally broke the 150 mark after months of feeling like crap because of my weight. I'd like to thank 16:8 IF, CICO, and lowering my carb intake for everything! I've always been an active teen, but until I started eating right I couldn't seem to shed the pounds. Honestly just posting this because I feel great. 8 pounds may not sound like a lot but it's motivating me and giving me hope I haven't had in a long time. I am so grateful for subreddits like this for keeping me motivated! I love all of you guys and hope you can continue slimming down too!
I still have a ways to go but I am proud of myself! Fingers crossed to hit 120 by December!
