I’ve been doing CICO since day 1 and been eating healthy. I eat smaller portions of stuff I use to eat but cut out sugar and reduced dairy significantly. Not to say I cut it out completely because I don’t believe in that. I believe in balance. But the weird thing I now that I am in maintenance mode anything I eat causes stomach pain and goes right through me. I’m not sure what’s going on. The other day I have my favorite rice dish that I’ve been eating once in a while over 15 months and now it’s suddenly causing issues. I’m thinking of going to my doctor and getting it checked out.
Anyone been through something similar? What have you done to remedy it?
I was thinking of going even cleaner on the foods and stopping the denser foods altogether but I’m afraid that will limit my diet and it won’t be sustainable.
Thoughts?
