Hey All!
I have been backpacking for the past few months and have really had no true opportunity to stick to my "Diet" whatever that was before I left. So long story short I was SUPER stressed about letting go of some of the control and just living a bit and seeing what has happened. Today, feeling a little down on myself (F- Men) I decided to take measurements just, in my mind, to take stock and recommit to living healthfully again. BUT PLOT TWIST I AM DOWN ALMOST 14 in (total on the bod obviously) with over 3 gone from my hips alone!!!! WHAAATTTT????!??!!? Thank you so much to everyone who gave me advice to just eat a vegetable every chance I got, to remember that eating mindfully works and to just let myself live. I am so grateful for all the skills I have gained from this sub and although I don\'t know my weight right now and it might even be higher than when I last checked in, my body is still changing and getting stronger and thats what counts.
