I dont get it :(

The past two or three months ive been stuck with weight loss. I started out last july give or take. Im male, 5’8 or so, i started off at just under 20 stone, around 266lbs i believe. I am currently down at 18.5 stone . But its taken a lot lf figuring out. I have a thyroid issue and still trying different med doses to fix it.

I started out 1900lbs cals, maintained. I kept maintaing even at 1800 and 1700. When i cut down intake to 1600 cals i seemed to have success but now ive stalled. Aside from one cheat day, ive stuck rigidly to 1600 but havent lost or gained any weight in weeks. Whats gone wong? I have been weighing and putting down all the food i eat and most days have cals left over. Why isnt the weight going? Its frustraiting
