Help with at home exercises to reduce lose skin?

21F / 5'2.5" / SW: 240 / CW: 212.1 / GW: 130

I have been eating healthy and logging for about a month now, with some weight loss prior to that from just eating less. Due to headaches, neck pain, psoriatic arthritis (waiting for appointment) I have been unable to work or go to school for a year. Ill be starting Uber driving soon because it's not a set schedule but that's all I can. I cant do intense exercise because of the headaches either.

I'm wondering if there's a good workout I could do at home a couple times a week with just my body and some weights that would be low intensity but decrease my likelihood of having a whole bunch of skin. I know that losing less than two pounds a week is good for that, as is my age, but I want to do all that I am able to right now.

Any suggestions?
