How is your Monday going? Have you recovered from the weekend? Did you manage to get the week off to a good start? I hope you did!
For those of you who are just joining us today, this is a daily thread for you to share your successes, hopes, activities and generally anything else that maybe going on your life. All are welcomed.
Apologies to those who have gotten used to me posting first thing- I didn't have time this morning and so I'm doing it now at work....which I swore not to do- lols!
Anyway, what NSV, SV, recipes, food hacks do you have to share with us? Please do talk to each other as this is what makes this community special :)
I doubt I'll have time later so I shall quickly update:
Weight: 161lbs this morning. It's an increase but today was also the start of shark week and so I'm impressed that it's not more. Also, I don't feel bloated which is suprising...and nore am I in too much pain. all this is strange, but I'm not complaining. It should mean that I'm actually going to be in the 150's when period weight goes. - fingers crossed!
Food: at mo it's nearly 1pm and I'm on 275 cals so - I imagine I wont go over my target since I'm refusing to eat the office food- a totally doable thing!
exerciseI shall aim to do at least 5k and on 2,870 so far
