Lol before you judge me! I myself (and I know others) have a bad issue with giving up losing weight if I do one thing “wrong”. One day of bad eating and it’s over, one workout missed and well I might as well miss the other ones. Well not today y’all!!!!
I have had a DAY full of driving all over town trying to get back home from vacay. A day of eating healthy but definitely not enough food. I get back to a motel tonight at 1am and I am so hungry, and everywhere is closed except for dominos.
So I get the freaking dominos. I have their penne pasta with mushrooms,spinach, tomatoes and Alfredo sauce. I’m eating it now and enjoying it!
I still ate my healthy fruits and vegetables, still portion controlled, still drank my gallon of water, and I had fast food. Even 3 months ago I would have given up. But tomorrow I’m gonna wake up early and break a sweat at the gym :)
Kind of a strange post lol but I feel like I’m in a good mental state to lose the weight I’ve gained back for the hundredth time. And this time it feels like it’ll be the last time I have to do it!
