Can we talk about transitioning into healthy eating?

Weight loss is about CICO you can lose weight and eat nothing but donuts OKAY GOOD THATS OUT OF THE WAY.

I want to transition into eating healthy but I honestly don't understand how people do it. And this is coming from someone that loves salmon and broccoli and honestly most foods. But when I finish a meal of healthy foods I just have an insatiable appetite for everything that isn't healthy. If I eat junk foods I feel satisfied and I can go to bed not feeling deprived. The down side, of course, is that I'm probably going to die of a heart attack in about 10 minutes.

If I'm honest, I feel like after 30 years old of conditioning and having junk food as part of my routine, it's kinda too late. I don't think I can be a healthy eater without losing my mind. And as I said, I like healthy foods. But how many times can you eat salmon before you're sick of salmon? Same goes for chicken, rice, vegetables, everything. But junk food? I could eat a pizza every night easily!

Edit: I just got an email from Amazon telling me that my 5lb bag of Sour Patch Kids has just been dispatched fml
