At my current weight my TDEE is about 1790ish, depending on which calculator I use. I can handle eating 1200 a day, no problem, but I am disappointed that I can't create enough of a deficit to aim for 2lbs a week loss without my calories going too low.
Really the thing that worries me the most is when I plug in a lower weight that I hope to achieve and pass, like 150. At that weight my TDEE is 1551. How will I be able to keep up a decent rate of weight loss if I can't create a good sized deficit? I use sedentary when I calculate, but I know from previous experience that if I am working out and go below 1300 a day I get exhausted and miserable. Maybe I shouldn't stress about a weight I haven't even hit yet, but I do.
