Unusually large woosh? [M/27/5'7'' SW:182 CW:149 GW: 130]

Hey all, I've been losing weight for a few months now and i pretty consistently fall into a pattern of either maintaining or gaining a little weight through the week until it does a mini-woosh on the weekend (e.g. sunday at 160, friday at 161, saturday morning at 158.5). This past month has felt super slow on the weight loss (~1-1.5 lbs/week which I know is still great but I was averaging 2/week previously) and I just sort of chalked it up to finally hitting my fat's dying breaths (I'm about 20lbs off GW) since I'm much lower than when I started so my bmr is lower too.

My "mini-woosh" came early this week, on Thursday morning and I was down 2.6 lbs from last week's lowest, a little more than usual. Not bad I thought, average over the past 4 weeks was 1.5 lbs/week including the woosh OR I happened to just pee quite a lot the previous day. Friday morning I weighed in at 148.4, down 4.2 lbs, which averages ~2lbs/week loss including the woosh. This time I thought well maybe this is just a fluke and I'm really REALLY dehydrated, but this morning I weighed in at 149 and I even went out to eat last night (over usual intake).

I'm not going to sit here and complain about real weight loss if it is, but this is making me concerned about how the hell to track my calories properly. I eat ~1100cal/day (~700-800 deficit, based on my usual weight loss) and a big reason I've been keeping it that low is b/c that is roughly what my weight loss averages out to if I divide my lbs lost into daily caloric deficit. I would like to be able to eat a little more (I'm not starving but I'm not really satiated either) and maintain like -1.5lbs/week but if I won't know that until 4-5 weeks from now w/ another -4lb woosh it's mildly frustrating.

Anyone have similar experiences? Thoughts? Comments?
