When the family has bad eating habits

I think a lot of us can relate to this, but for me, one of harder struggles of losing weight is trying to get the family to understand that I don't want to be eating high carb intake foods like deep fried dumplings or spring rolls; that a wooden spoon full of rice on the plate has such a high intake of carbs, and eating a lot of greens makes me too healthy.

It becomes harder when you get home from work at 7pm and try to find a source of protein and the fridge it just full of other cravings you could otherwise eat.

Staying strong but it hurts :(
