So I’m at work and I’ve made a cup of tea and I get a sugar craving. I know there are cookies around the office so I see if I can see any but I can’t find any left so I sit down and I’m ok with just my tea. Then I spot a cookie (double chocolate) and pick it up. I take a small bite (maybe 10-20g). It’s so delicious and I decide to eat the rest slowly with my cup of tea. Then all of a sudden I realise I’m fine, the sugar craving is gone. I offer the remains of the cookie to someone and they take it. I return to my desk, happy, no more cravings and enjoy the res of my tea.
TL:DR Sometimes all you need is a tiny treat.
