Actually it was 3 years and 9 months but close enough. I had a baby between the 2nd and 3rd photos but I can't blame all the weight gain on that. I was so discouraged and disappointed in myself. If you regained weight you have already lost, don't despair. If you did it once, you CAN do it again. You can do it better than before! Start right now, you will be so glad you did.
For those wondering, I lost weight with meal prepping and calorie counting on MFP. I did some boot-camp style training when I lost weight the first time, now I am just starting to incorporate some light exercise sessions weekly.
