So what’s getting you guys motivated? I definitely want to lose around 50 pounds but I’m such a snacker and once I get home I get even lazier and don’t want to do anything. The scale is creeping up and my depression is too. How are you guys getting started and staying motivated?
I have been trying to jump back into martial arts classes but I’m terrified of making an ass out of myself and just feel so behind. I know it’s mostly in my head and most people there really don’t give a shit and/or really supportive.
I have an accountability buddy who is amazing but I don’t push myself and maybe need someone to really push my buttons idk. Depression sucks the life out of me but seeing the scale creep up is really terrifying and makes me just want to binge eat out of stress and depression.
