Im feeling pretty good about myself of late just looking at old photos of myself since I started losing weight. I have lost 60 pounds over the past 2 years. I was 18 stone (255 pounds & 5ft 9) and I am now 13 stone (190 pounds) Here is some photos of me when I started losing weight 2 years ago when I was 17 and me at 19 now. ----> https://imgur.com/a/lM3MNa8
I still have at least 1 to 2 stone (20 -30pounds) to go as for some reason my chest has not lost any weight at all, I still have major man boobs as funny as it sounds its pretty awful and is my only thing keeping me back. I submitted a post here 2 years ago talking about my weight loss so its just nice to see how far I have came, I said in my post 2 years ago that I would be happy at 14 stone which I have already beaten but that has changed quite a lot and I want to keep pushing to get the rest off. Too lose a bulk of my weight I literally just started leaving the house and walking, I picked up photography at this stage so that was a big help of getting me out of the house and just walking. I was way too anxious to go to the gym so I had bought a exercise bike and a small multi gym bench press piece of equipment for the strength side of things. I continued doing these types of things whilst eating healthily of course for a year then I started running and going to the gym occasionally. So basically what kept it all off was just getting off my arse and doing something instead of playing CSGO all day!
