Jumping right back in!

About 15 months ago, I joined weight watchers to lose weight for my wedding... I wanted to lose as much as safely possible with a long term goal of about 100 lbs, approximately. I lost about 25 lbs by the time of my wedding (one year ago) and then I quit the program and stopped caring. By some miracle, I haven’t gained all the weight back. However, I still have a lot to go... So now, I’m back at it!

I got back into the swing of a diet earlier this week and I’m already feeling great. I think my expectations are realistic. Healthy eating, moderate exercise and weekly weigh ins. I’m already feeling a burst of energy and that /i-eat-too-much-sugar/ sluggish feeling is gone. Maybe it’s partially me being excited for getting back on track, but I’m seriously feeling great already. I’m looking forward to realizing how much energy I’ll have in a week, month or year from now.
